Business Development Manager
Based in Yangon
Purpose of this position
To provide leadership in developing, innovative and progressive national resource development strategies that will contribute to the well-being of children, families and communities we are working with. He/she will lead the implementation of local resource development strategy covering marketing and donor engagement.
Key responsibilities
· Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy, ensure fundraising awareness, policy, goals are met and the team developed
· Develop relationships and manage accounts to ensure donor satisfaction that will promote long-term engagement
Require knowledge and skills
· Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related Courses, or any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in marketing and public relations.
· At least 3 years of broad and deep experience in leading and managing development or marketing programs preferably with corporates
· Experience in marketing management experience with an emphasis in fund raising, and with an emphasis in fund raising, and Customer Service or comparable experience
· Experience in creating an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship
· Fluent in Myanmar and good working knowledge of English languages
