MAIN OBJECTIVE
oversees all documents and invoices received by the administration in order to insure that organizations policies are being followed and meets the administration standards and procedures in compliance with Donor rules and responsible for timely and accurate Yearly Closure of Financial Statement.
Main RESPONSABILITIES
Full Collaboration with Region Offices, monitoring and verifying all transactions.
Full Collaboration with Partners, Monitoring and follow up monthly report and full Guidance
Develop new tools for reporting in compliance with Donor rules
Provides reports on a regular basis
Do Coaching and training on the Job
REPORTING TO
Regional Operation Manager & Financial Manager
STUDIES REQUIREMENTS
At Least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 Years in similar position or audit firm
Full Knowledge of all Governmental Taxes
Excellent communication skills
Preferred with NGO experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Available to travel and Work During weekends
