As Director, Programme Quality & Development you will be responsible for leading the Division to enhance and maintain quality in all programs of World Vision Myanmar – both sponsorship and non-sponsorship. The Division sets standards, adapts tools, delivers technical support, documents progress, and coordinates with key stakeholders (internal and external).
The Programme Quality Development (PQD) Division works hand-in-hand to support the Operations Division, whose main responsibility is program implementation.
There are a number of technical Departments within the PQD Division, including, Health, Education, Economic Development, Protection, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Requirements include:
- MSc/MA in Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, Technical Field (e.g. Public Health, Education) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program planning design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a developing country.
- Experience managing multi-lateral, bi-lateral and other grant donors.
- Knowledge of humanitarian industry, program development, resource acquisition, and donor relations.
