The Red Cross Movement is at the forefront of the humanitarian response in the Middle East and North Africa region, working inside Syria and the surrounding countries. We are looking for a livelihoods and cash-based assistance delegate who will ensure the provision of high-quality technical and advisory services to both response and resilience programmes, supporting vulnerable communities through the actions of our Red Cross Movement partners.
